TechSmart Solutions LLC is an investigative services business providing digital forensics, counter surveillance sweep services, consulting, and private investigations.  Robert previously provided over thirty years of service to the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and had many years of investigative experience as a State Police Detective.  Experienced and accomplished member of the Massachusetts State Police Cyber Crime Unit, with many years of experience conducting investigations involving various major crimes where computers or technology were the instruments used to affect the crime.
